Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Have You Rested macOS application ("App") developed and published by ROLIA GROUP LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on macOS devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. A Pro license may be active on up to 2 Macs at a time; you can move it between Macs at any point from within the App.

2. Free and Pro tiers

The App offers a free tier with basic eye-break reminders and a paid Pro tier with additional features. Pro may be purchased as a one-time lifetime license or a recurring subscription. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Terms. We do not store your payment details.

4. Privacy

The App processes camera frames entirely on your device. No video, images, or biometric data are recorded, stored, or transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Restrictions

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; redistribute or sublicense the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; remove or alter proprietary notices.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
